Customer Service Representative

A frontline employee who interacts with pet parents to address their questions and concerns. A Customer Service Representative must also act as an advocate for the pet. Duties include making and confirming appointments, maintaining the hospital schedule, and fielding phone calls. A CSR will be responsible for checking in patients and collecting payment at checkout, as well as communicating all financing options with clients.

Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
