We are a close-knit, family-owned veterinary clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their families. Our clinic is new to the Forney community, and we pride ourselves on offering personalized and compassionate care in a warm, welcoming environment. We believe in building long-term relationships with both our clients and their pets, treating every animal like family.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Veterinarian to join our team. As a Veterinarian at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of pets and their families. You will work alongside a dedicated team of veterinary professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality care and exceptional customer service. All equipment is new and well-maintained. We offer ultrasound, digital radiography, dental radiographs, and state-of-the-art anesthetic monitoring. If you have an interest in exotic animals, this is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care, including diagnostics, treatment, and preventive services
- Perform surgeries and medical procedures as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with pet owners and ensure clear communication about treatment plans, outcomes, and options
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Promote preventive health care and client education
- Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- State licensure and eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to animal care
- Experience is not required. New graduates will be given mentorship at the level they require.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
